This fireside chat will explore what and how we should learn in an age of uncertainty, as access to knowledge and the nature of work continue to evolve rapidly. We will discuss which skills and mindsets are becoming essential, how the roles of learners and educational institutions are changing, and how AI can become more than just a tool — serving as a catalyst for new approaches to learning.

The conversation will bring together two experienced education professionals: Aram Pakhchanyan, co-founder of Ayb and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Ayb Educational Foundation, who has been actively involved in developing Armenia’s educational ecosystem for many years, and Ruben Hayrapetyan, co-founder and professor at Matena International School, who specializes in leadership and professional education.
