A New Quality of Communication and Immediate Results.

Why does communication with some people feel easy and natural, while even the simplest conversation with others can quickly become difficult or tense?

Gor Nakhapetyan and Oxana Razumova, co-founders of “Sensemakers” and certified PCM trainers, will introduce the Process Communication Model (PCM), developed by clinical psychologist Taibi Kahler.
Whether we are making an important decision with a business partner, explaining a task to a colleague, or discussing plans with a loved one, much depends on how we communicate. During the conversation, we will explore how people perceive information, what matters to them, and how their behaviour changes under stress.

Together, we will discover why there is no single universal way to communicate and how learning to speak each other’s language can help build trust, navigate differences, and develop more effective personal and professional relationships.

Gor Nakhapetyan is a strategy and communications consultant, serial entrepreneur, Co-founder and Honorary Professor at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. Oxana is a strategy and communications trainer, coach, and philanthropy consultant.
